Compassion Flights was started by Doug and Robyn Pralle, who believe in the benefit of volunteering. We strive to keep all aspects of the organization volunteer. We are a non-profit charitable organization of pilots, volunteers, and friends that are proud to serve Iowa.

We fly many missions every year. This map shows some of our missions that you could fly. Each of these flights represents a chance for someone to get the medical care they need. We are grateful for your participation at whatever level works best for you. When you fly, how often you fly and who you fly are all up to you. We don’t expect a certain number of flights. Our passengers understand that we don’t guarantee service. Cancelling for any reason is always your choice.
